Hey this is a little different episode where we do a meet up with Amanda from Midknight Detailing in Joplin, Missouri. Amanda and I grab some barbecue and talk about her detailing business. She had the loaded spud with Sausage. I went with the baby back ribs and chopped brisket. Not to mention an ice cold beer ?
