An escalator can never break: it can only become stairs. You should never see an Escalator Temporarily Out Of Order sign, just Escalator Temporarily Stairs. Sorry for the convenience. We talk about stairs a suprising amount on this episode. I've given up taking Episode Notes seriously, I doubt many of you read these and if you do, you probably appriciate me being so on brand.
