Thank you to those of you who joined todays live (March 26th). I was personally feeling very anxious today so this was therapeutic for me. Also, some of you shared that you had been experiencing anxiety and this live helped you. You have no idea how happy comments like that make me!

I hope this serves as a safe space where you can accept your current emotions and move towards more positive and peaceful ones.
