Description

On today's episode, Jason shares his thoughts on the Dallas Cowboys embarrassing home loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Monday Night Football. The Cowboys were already bad with Dak Prescott under center but they've become downright unwatchable without him. The supposed ‘best backup quarterback in the NFL’ Andy Dalton can’t hit the red side of a barn and the defense is an absolute sieve. At this point, it’s clear that the roster is fatally flawed, and Jerry Jones would be wise to consider moving on from high-priced offensive stars Ezekiel Elliott and Amari Cooper if they want to rebuild the right way. Later, Jason admits that he was dead wrong for calling Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen an MVP-caliber player a few weeks back. As soon as the schedule started to toughen up, Allen went back to being one of the most inaccurate throwers of the football in the AFC. While the Bills may still win the AFC East, it’s clear that they’re not the Super Bowl contenders some made them out to be during the first month of the season. Finally, Jason closes things out by throwing a wild hypothetical question involving two aging quarterbacks: Who would you rather have for the rest of the season: Philip Rivers or Drew Brees? J-Mac makes the case for one, and his answer may surprise you. Learn more about your ad-choices at https://www.iheartpodcastnetwork.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
