Description

This week, my guest is Scott Ritter, former United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq from 1991 to 1998. Prior to the invasion of Iraq in March 2003, Ritter stated that Iraq possessed no significant weapons of mass destruction (WMD) capabilities. Scott and I discuss the foreign policy philosophy of Joe Biden. Scott is quite familiar with Joe Biden, and in 1998, he had a back-and-forth with him at the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services and the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. We discuss the lies that lead the US to war in Iraq in 2003 from Scott's first-hand account. We discuss Joe Biden's role in those lies as well as his interventionist posturing throughout the decades.
