At 4 feet 9 inches tall and only 90 lbs, 22 year old Jamie Fraley was a small, but fiercely independent young woman who vanished in the early morning hours of April 9th 2008. Shortly after her disappearance her cell phone was found on the side of the road several miles from her apartment. Two months later, a shocking discovery would turn the case upside down and create more questions for investigators.
