Third Case Syndrome (n.) - The observed phenomenon wherein the third case of an Ace Attorney game is considered to be the worst amongst the others; a problem that stems from the case existing in a narrative deadzone for the game where it neither establishes fresh, new ideas nor delivers on existing stakes.

Will Abby and Meesh be able handle Third Case Syndrome? Will they be able to make it through the contrived fetch quests of the middle day of Turnabout Samurai? Will they be able to come up with enough talking points to keep things interesting? Well, the episode is nearly three hours long, and this case actually rocks, so yeah.
