In this episode I talk to Coach Lucas Ramirez about what it means to be a Latino coach and what it means to work in predominatly Latino areas. This interview covers the successes and challenges that are present in the Latino community as well as advice for coaches who may be working in these communities. While we certainly do not speak for the whole Latino experience this interview can provide insight and reflection for coaches who wish to learn a little more from our perspectives.
