Art Car Weekend peaks Saturday when the 35th Annual Houston Art Car Parade rolls through downtown. The giant rolling chicken will be there — not to mention lowriders, slabs, the enormous roach, the car with a beaded foam Steve Ray Vaughan on top, and a new “Rising Strong” mechanical phoenix.
