This week we are recapping the Loopy Looper by Endless Endurance! Erin and Michael ran/walked for 12 hours in the middle of an August heatwave and as you can imagine it all went exactly as planned.......... if planned means something always goes awry! It was still a great time where we got to cheer on a lot of friends of the podcast! Then we all commiserate about how running does sometimes suck. And while it is hard and stupid, we still do it, and we give you our reasons before hearing a lot of feedback from the community about why YOU all keep moving forward!
