Description

Khenpo Sherab Sangpo, a professor of Tibetan Buddhism in the Nyingma Lineage (bodhicittasangha.org), teaches his students how to practice mindfulness with awareness. As being mindful (of the mind itself) is the foundation of all meditation practices, he instructs his students to use their breath to connect their body-mind fully with their environment. Using the breath as the object of meditation is a very simple, yet profound, way to relax into the present moment with awareness to recognize the nature of mind. By doing this again and again, meditation becomes non-meditation as Khen Rinpoche says: “your life is your meditation."
