Arthur Fine is a lawyer and one of the directors of Aloha Medical Mission (“AMM”), a non-profit volunteer organization based in Honolulu, Hawaii, which provides free health care to underserved people in the Pacific, Asia and Hawaii and does surgical missions in the developing world (alohamedicalmission.org).
