Description

Today, The Huge Show was hosted by our amazing Michigan Sports Network counter-part, Anthony Bellino from X's and Bro's in the morning. Throughout the show, Anthony talked about our Detroit Tigers, Lions, College football, and so much more. We kicked off the show with Anthony's friend John Wagner talking some baseball. John and Anthony talked about the Tigers and their lackluster season, and also discussed some of the other teams around the league. Anthony kicked off the second hour talking about the some of the interesting sports headlines from the day. We then moved on to talk some College football as OSU Beat Writer Jeremy Birmingham joined us. Anthony and Jeremy talked about how OSU has been looking in the off-season, what the Wolverine/OSU match-up could look like this season, and more. We got some breaking news at the end of the hour that Al Avila has been let go by the Detroit Tigers. Finally. Anthony spent some time at the beginning of our final hour talking about the firing of Al Avila. He gave his thoughts on how this was a long time coming, and talked about where we go from here. We were then joined by John Maakaron from the Detroit Sports Podcast to talk about last night's premiere of Hard Knocks. The guys talked about some of their favorite parts from the show, discussed what John has been seeing in Training Camp, and much more.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
