Shohei Ohtani was named the UNANIMOUS 2021 American League Most Valuable Player. Ohtani had an absolutely incredible and historic season for the Los Angeles Angels and was rewarded for his efforts with the MVP award on Thursday. It's the sixth MVP award in Angels history, and is the fourth Angel to win it all time alongside Mike Trout, Vladimir Guerrero and Don Baylor.
