It's crazy how we're finally sitting down to chat. I'm very excited. At a high level, can you give our listeners a quick snippet about yourself?Tonya Peck Absolutely. And I love that you reminded me that we met through LinkedIn. It's been such a great platform for connecting. Well, I really appreciated your intro I guess I would just say that I consider myself a designer in every way whether that's designing physical products, digital products, organizations, supporting people in designing their careers, or making a meal. I just think everything is a design problem. And I really enjoy that creative problem-solving mindset and approach.Kayla Quijas Great, yeah.
