In the 3rd episode of their second season Lee, Andy, and Nathan were joined by Gary Lee who is VP and COO of Jet East Aviation. One of Gary's many hats is leading the company's AOG response teams. While you will hear Gary say in this episode that there is no secret recipe to finding the best AOG technicians, if you listen closely and take notes to you will find the recipe has everything to do with culture, transparency, believing in people, and looking beyond the resume to name just a few key ingredients. We also talked about the merger efforts between Jet East and GAMA Aviation.
