This year Deanna Doane, Bruce Sung Ho Choi, and Juli Goldstein took on the challenge of the C&O Canal 100 Miler up in Knoxville, Maryland. This was Deanna's first 100 miler and she crushed it with a time of 23:24:53 getting that sub-24 hour finish and that first time belt buckle! This was a comeback race for Juli having last run the Keys 50 Miler in 2019 and her 100 miler at the 2018 Keys 100. Bruce is a tried and true legend of sport who took this race on to help out the Florida gang and get one good long run in before this years Keys 100! 
The C&O Canal 100 has one 40ish mile loop and two 30 ish mile loops almost entirely on the C&O Canal towpath starting at Camp Manidokan and running along the canal between Antietam, MD and Brunswick, MD. The C&O Canal 100 course is almost entirely flat with packed dirt and gravel roads. These three did amazing with so many highs, lows, then highs, and even more lows all the way to the finish!
