Electric Vehicles (EVs) are the way of the future. They have become more popular and more affordable to drive, especially with the recent gas price hike, and they require less maintenance than regular gas-fuelled cars which is great —I'm even considering buying one myself. According to an estimate, more than half the cars sold in Canada will be electric by 2030, so it only makes sense to understand the different types of EV charging stations available, what's required to install one at home, and electrical safety tips to avoid a potential fire hazard.
