Description

Just to clarify: I think watching Challenger tournaments on a SCREEN is boring. Pretty much and live professional match is good, and I am all for better pay and opportunity for lower ranked players, especially because talent is not at all the defining variable in anyone's career's equation. I would love to go out and watch a challenger in Granby, or Quebec, for example! Also, Another thing that will get structure from now on is the naming scheme lol this has been all over the place. Anyway, Weekly recaps include for this week mostly the WTA. Kenin and Svitolina should be dangerous next week. Indian Wells draws not out, so I only talk about the fact that I want a Djokovic Nadal final. And, to cap this episode, still ranting about the WTA and ATP's digital presence. I am a consumer, and it is my right to be annoying (but I recognize the difficulty level of applying changes)Thanks for Listening !--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/tennis-and-bagels/messageSupport this show http://supporter.acast.com/tennis-and-bagels. The Tennis and Bagels Podcast aims to capture the best parts of tennis, from tactics to touching moments and many things in between. Andre Rolemberg started the show in 2019 and added Vansh Vermani — a dynamo in all things tennis statistic related — and Owen Lewis, a blogger, to the team. As the legendary Big Three head into the twilight of their careers and the WTA approaches a gleaming Golden Age with its plethora of young talent, change is afoot in the tennis world. Andre, Vansh, and Owen do their best to make sense of it through match recaps, often bad predictions, and general wondering.Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/tennis-and-bagels.
