Description

Boom Shikha is a serial entrepreneur, wanderluster, online-business owner, yogi, author, and avid meditator. She's interested in helping you find your life purpose, and get to your Level 10 life. Playing Small Moment The last time Boom felt like she was playing small was in the corporate world. She says they almost set up the environment for people to play small by hiding their creativity and not being themselves.    The Wake Up Call Boom was working at her previous job when she planned an overseas vacation. Shortly before she was ready to leave, the management team told her about an upcoming launch she would miss if she continued with her travel plans. Boom went to Asia and upon her return, her boss told her how disappointed she was that she missed the launch and that she must not care about the company. Her wake up call was the realization she wanted to control her own time.  Style of Leadership Boom trusts her gut and considers herself an intuitive leader. What Are You Excited About? Boom is excited about her current artist’s workshops and the desire to become an improv performance artist. Current Business Challenge Boom is challenged by continuing to trust and believe in the path the universe has for her, and keeping her ‘keeping on’ mindset. Your Support System Boom has a weekly Mastermind Group which gives her a community to build and grow with. Her family also supports her in her business efforts. Leadership Practice Meditation is a leadership practice that is crucial to Boom, making her a better leader. Book to Develop Leadership 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey Advice For Younger Self “Don’t go to University and start your business right away!” Inspirational Quote “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ~ Marianne Williamson Links Website: http://www.themillionairehippie.com/ Facebook Group: http://www.whatsyourfreedomnumber.com Facebook Page: http://www.facebook.com/boomshikhacoach Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/boomshikha   Find more resources at https://womentakingthelead.com
