First up is Mickey Avalon who came into popularity with his infectious singles, Jane Fonda and My Dick, in the beginnings of the Myspace days and talks about those songs longevity, sustaining a career over the last 10+ years and what's in store for new music and touring. We also touch on what he will be doing at this years Astronomicon.

Finishing things off is our chat with Simon Rex who also reflects on making the beat for My Dick, and the fact that a lot of people don't know that he is involved in music at all. If he ever used his ties from working at MTV to help his musical career.

We also touch on the legacy of the MTV rock and jock, Simon being at MTV just as the station was shifting from music videos to reality tv and how Simon has enjoyed having his own podcast, Nervous Rex, and what he's learned about himself as a result of the podcast and more.
