In America, when auditors come over, they're the meanest, rudest, life-sucking fiends in the world. However, in Thailand, for the most part, they're actually very nice. I had the pleasure of training corporate finance to auditors at the biggest bank in Thailand for three years and they were absolutely LOVELY individuals. So, you have to decide whether or not you're going to be friendly, and if someone told you that your job requires you to be an ass, call that person an asshole and find another place to work.  Lol.
