The company has some 70 projects built or under construction and is responsible for 8 of the 14 active projects in New Jersey at the moment.With the runaway success of the program during its first two years, the state cancelled the planned third pilot year and issued a Request for Comments in the spring. The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) is now in the process of readying its Straw Proposal to establish its permanent program, expected in the third quarter.
