33 minutes and 33 seconds of clean energy. This is extremely pure light that has been transmuted and available to raise your frequency. Use this in the morning, daytime or evening to raise your current vibration closer to pure love and gratitude. This can also be used to help assist manifestations! Don't be shy, you can dance and move your vessel; your wonderful body to sync up to the message. Speak your truth out-loud. Cry - let go and release. This will help assist that process. Imagine the drums patting you like a potter would clay to make stronger and more durable - every beat, every pat solidifying the shape.
