Concerned Women for America filed a civil rights complaint against Franklin Pierce University because of its transgender sports participation and inclusion policy.The U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights agreed with Concerned Women for America that the policy is in violation of Title IX, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex.
