American women have lost an important battle.On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled 6 to 3 in favor of LGBT rights in the case R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The ruling redefines sex to include sexual orientation and gender identity.
