He went to the DOJ. He testified to congress.  He went to the IRS. Instead of a "thank you," they threw him in jail!  But that wasn't the end of the story.  Next, the US Government awarded Bradley C Birkenfeld with over 100 million dollars. In fact, he holds the Guinness World Record for the largest payout by a government to a single individual!
