Description

Or at least it feels that way. We dive into the new offerings from Monta, Cincinnati Watch Company, and Doxa! For those of you reading this, there may still be time to snag a new Monta Noble which was released this past Monday (of course). The Noble is their take on a luxury sport watch, with a slim, familiar case design, new handset, two new dial colors, and new markers. The blue dial looks especially interesting and we would love to see this version in person. The watch comes on their new bracelet and features the tool-less micro adjust. All in all this is a solid package for someone looking for an everyday watch. Our buddy Rick from Cincinnati Watch Company recently did an instagram live video to launch his new Diver Edition (long awaited for me) AND his new version of the Field Watch. But wait, there's more! He is also releasing a new quartz line called his Time Hill Collection, with a new Museum Watch and two other models. If you can't tell, we are all very excited about these new released. Cincinnati Watch Company continues to sponsor charitable work with every release, and still somehow manages to keep all of these pieces very affordable.Lastly, the gang talks about why none of us own a Doxa yet, and why that will probably change after this release. Doxa is bringing back the Sub 300 in all of its original dimensional glory! This is not to be confused with the modern Sub 300T, which, is a bit confusing. The Sub 300 will be a COSC Chronometer grade ETA 2824-2 with a domed sapphire and the no-deco scale on the bezel. This version is NOT a limited edition like the one in 2017 (new ownership, so some forgiveness from the LE owners, please) and comes in all 6 colorways. The guys do engage in a fairly lively debate on which colorway (or double signed version) they would rock. This was a lot, but the episode clocked in under 1 hour. Go figure.
