The Athletic’s Jason Quick has an article out detailing and discussing how excited Jusuf Nurkic is to play for Chauncey Billups and while he doesn’t mention former Head Coach Terry Stotts by name he definitely indicates he wasn’t happy with his role and that spurred a lot of questions this week as many asked something along the lines of: how much better can Jusuf Nurkic be? What can the Blazers do to allow him to be more successful? How likely will a role change impact the Blazers? Could Nurkic find himself in the company of big men that team’s run their offense through like Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokic, Domantas Sabonis, Anthony Davis and Julius Randle?
