Through this episode, we want to convey a key message through Mufti Menk, i.e how saying حَسۡبُنَا اللّٰهُ وَنِعۡمَ الۡوَكِيۡلُ (HasbunAllahu Wa Ni'mal Wakil). It's from an ayah of Surah Imran (Qur'an 3:173). Anytime you are feeling distressed, anxious, uncertain, not sure where you are going, totally lost. Just recite this and see how Allah will find a cure, solution to your problem. He will relax your heart, your nerves and solve all your problems. Whenever we recite something in arabic, it's better if we know the meanings because then only we can relate to it better and recite it with more conviction. This dua basically means, "Allah is Sufficient for us; and what an excellent Guardian He is! ". Always remember, no matter how huge your problem is, Allah is greater than that. Allah is sufficient for us. He will take care of us.
