Eric –Welcome to episode 128. . . yes the actual 128 of the Canadian Prepper Podcast, recorded Aug 22 2021.
My name is Eric, and I’m the host of the show. As a first responder I have witnessed an over reliance on Emergency Services during major events. I started a small preparedness company to get people prepared and able to look after themselves for at least 72 hours.
Alan - I’m Alan, a safety trainer, first responder, security expert, and overall safety nerd.
Scott - First Responder splitting my time between Southern and Northern Ontario, I like learning things, and I don’t accept that things will always carry on as they have just because it would be convenient to me.
Carmen - I’m Carmen, based in BC, I’m a Micro-homesteader, wife, and general domestic guru from canning to quilting to yes, throwing an axe lol ? And I’m glad to be back here this week to join you guys!
Eric- Want to help support the show and keep the Canadian Prepper Podcast on the air? Buy some swag. We have both the Canadian Prepper Podcast T-Shirt and the tactical velcro patch at www.prepperpodcast.ca. All proceeds help keep the lights on, and the backup generator fueled!
Scott -If you’re enjoying the show, please take a few minutes and like us on Facebook, and submit a review on itunes. Also we want your feedback, good or bad, or just if there’s a topic you want us to cover. You can email us at feedback@prepperpodcast.ca

My usual interest in how supply chains, and our ‘just-in-time’ manufacturing are having trouble with the pandemic AND all sorts of natural disasters. I was listening to a different podcast, and it was looking at the slow slide of society, ‘the crumbles’ rather than a single cataclysmic event: global warming impacting the complex system of supply chains and such.
WHAT WE’VE DONE LATELY for preps
