Ryan Hall is now a retired professional runner who has won multiple Marathon Majors and currently holds the American Record in the Half Marathon. Sara Hall is currently still running professionally for Asics who recently ran the No.6 fastest American Mark in the Half Marathon and she also is the No.6 fastest American Women in the Marathon.
