She has transformed hundreds of client’s lives over the years, women and men from feeling tired and overwhelmed with renewed energy and direction. She has developed a process with vision, daily manageable tasks that change negative belief systems that keep client’s stuck with poor habits which is critical to changing a behavior. Her exclusive approach is focused on resolving the root issue to achieve permanent, long-lasting results.
Christie is dedicated to helping people achieve their personal goals, to learn how to take care of their health with simple systems, but it does require work and time. Her passions include writing, searching for innovative ways to help clients, become a better coach, push for her own goals so she can inspire others, and of course spending time with her family, friends and partner.
