In this episode, it's the thrilling conclusion to the epic two-part finale of Sailor Moon! Usagi calls upon the power of every Sailor Crystal as she drags Chaos into the Galaxy Cauldron, waking up the previous accosted Sailor Quartet. They are visited by Chibi Chibi in her new form, and she begins to explain why Usagi is calling out to them and what she is attempting to do: defeat Chaos for good. Chibi Chibi reveals why she knows so much about Chaos, leaving the Sailor Quartet shook by the truth. Meanwhile, inside the Cauldron, Usagi tries to make sense of her fate. All of this leads to a lot of reunions, a lot of explanations, and crying galore. This is the Tears Arc after all ?.
