That third-year expansion team became only the 2nd team in NHL history to win a seven-game series after falling behind 3-0 and they almost did it twice. And this was after they eliminated the Rangers in OT of the deciding game of the first round of the playoffs. This playoff run really put Al Arbour's young team on the map.
