The Toronto Maple Leafs ended their road trip on a winning note with a 6-2 victory over the Seattle Kraken. Mike DiStefano and David Morassuttti look at what went right including a strong performance from Jack Campbell. They look at how the special teams played a big factor in the win and why they were able to get over some rough moments especially with some careless play. In their three stars of the night, Mike and Dave look at some standout performances from a Leafs blue liner, the captain John Tavares, Campbell and a milestone night as well. Mitch Marner was by far the more explosive player and continue to play with confidence and energy picking up his 400th career point. Dave and Mike move on to the Tyler Toffoli trade between the Calgary Flames and Montreal Canadiens looking at whether this puts the Flames ahead of the Leafs as the best Canadian NHL team, why the fit for Toffoli makes sense and if we can expect more deals coming sooner rather than later. To end the show, Mike and Dave tease our next episode looking at a top trade target they would like the Leafs to go for before the deadline.
