Rick Hobbs has had a long and highly successful career as a crew chief in the AMA paddock,  but he's now taking a different career path as MotoAmerica's Race  Director. With a calm demeanor, Hobbs has not  only the experience that a life spent in the paddock provides, but he also has the makeup that will make him a success in his new position.
