Team Norris Racing's Michael Gilbert is racing in the MotoAmerica Stock 1000 class this year after racing 600s in the first four years of the series. Gilbert has won six MotoAmerica races in his young career and is fresh off a second-place finish in the Stock 1000 race at Sonoma Raceway. He is also the test editor for Cycle World Magazine and an instructor for the Jason Pridmore schools.
