Hello friends!
In this week's episode, I spoke with Courtney, a leader in local parks and recreation in Minnesota. Courtney's episode is so inspiring - her career path has not always been clear, easy, or straight, but she has still managed to work (and be incredibly successful) in her passion, which is sports. 
Courtney shared with me her struggles finding a job in sports, how she utilized her other strengths to support her, and the difficulties of navigating career growth and stepping into management roles. We also discussed child-free interests, strategically planning your finances, and lots about the benefits of government work and unions!
