    "Between the already strong recovery and a massive vaccine spike, the overall market seems expensive," says Lamar Villere. He believes that there are pockets of bubble/mania with GameStop (GME) and others, but there are also still pockets of value. His stocks to watch are Caesars Entertainment (CZR) as it is up nearly 50% in 2021, and Open Lending (LPRO) which is up more than 10% in 2021. He is also interested in TTEC Holdings (TTEC) as the company's customer experience platform has exposure to high growth areas.
