In the last Fan Friday before a trip to Newfoundland, the host discusses a trade offer put together for J.A. Happ and Aaron Sanchez by a Yankees follower, and makes an admission on who the potential stumbling block would be.
Andrews also goes through thoughts on Mookie Betts and his insane 13-pitch at-bat against Happ that resulted in an unearned grand slam for the Blue Jays lefty. They also mention the nerves that plagues visitors to Fenway and how it may have played into what happened.
In the second half, the Nova Scotian discusses the stupid fan who nearly died reaching into the field of play for a Justin Smoak ball. They conclude episode 69 with a projection for the 2019 Blue Jays and when fans can expect a competitive team.
