She recently co-founded the Beirut Urban Lab at AUB, a regional research center invested in working towards more inclusive, just, and viable cities. Carmen Geha is an Activist and Associate Professor of Public Administration, Leadership, and Organizational Development at AUB and founder of Khaddit Beirut. She is also a Research Associate at the Center for Inclusive Business & Leadership (CIBL) for women, a regional reference for readying gender-inclusive employers across the Arab MENA region.
