We follow Fritz across the Atlantic, and find traveling halfway across the world has not dulled his hatred for the British.  He continues to carry out covert operations in New York and Brazil, dabbles in insurance fraud, and plays a game of cat-and-mouse with the FBI's counter-intelligence team.  Was he a hero, or a villain?  Whatever you decide, you'll agree Fritz led one hell of a life.
