Description
The Big Ten made a new deal with three networks to broadcast the conference's sports for seven seasons, but not every game will end up on network TV. Eight of the Big Ten's football games each season will go to online streaming only on NBC's Peacock platform. The news has fans wondering if they'll need to pay for the streaming service to see their tam's games, and Locked On Big 10 goes over the latest in what we know about which games will be online-only.
The three networks will pick games in a fantasy-like draft, and NBC will choose from its picked games which ones to put on its different networks and platforms. However, it's still unclear if NBC will have the final say on that or if the Big Ten can veto a decision to put a big game on Peacock. Nate goes over all the possibilities, and why you can't just assume the least valuable games will be the ones that end up online.
Later, Nate looks at the AP Preseason All-American teams and takes you through the latest in Big Ten news on Locked On Big 10 -- part of the Locked On Podcast Network.
