Using a Bureau of Justice Statistic study finding inmates released from state prisons have a five-year recidivism rate of 76.6%,  In our Veterans Treatment Court, it is 10% or less. this is just one of the statistics which shows this court works, Not only saving taxpayers money but helping to recover valuable lives that would otherwise be lost.  | Judge Scionti has appeared with me both here and my TV show Spotlight on Government.
