The recent trades of Kevin Fiala and Cam Talbot may have seemed like knee jerk moves, but Guerin is doubling down on his team first mentality, which is another thing he has done a good job of instilling since he took over. We also discuss the hiring of Judd Brackett to handle the draft as showing Guerin knows his weaknesses and has no problem finding people to fill those spots. All in all Guerin is building toward the window opening after the buyouts are done and it should be one the Wild take advantage of.
