We start by looking at the Wild's goaltending situation, and what our level of concern is so far this year. We discuss how much of the elevated stats fall on both goalies, or if there are other factors that have led to their performance dropping off from last year.
We move on to Kevin Fiala and the ongoing saga between him and the Wild. We look at why he is singled out so much for issues that he may not be entirely responsible for. We also discuss weather or not it makes sense to trade Fiala or if things can be resolved as the season goes along. We also discuss whether or not Fiala is actually struggling or simply not scoring.
We finish by talking about what makes Nico Sturm such an underrated player on the Wild roster, and if he would be capable of handling a bigger role on this team. If the Wild don't give him one, Sturm should have plenty of suitors in free agency.
