I'm a 40 Plus Guy. A dad. A small business owner. A friend. A mentor. A lot of, of lot of things, like most people. I'm also a guy that wants to connect with guys, guy-to-guy on a deeper level, to make me a better man and hopefully help other guys do the same. Kind of like getting naked with our truths, emotions, our vulnerabilities, and letting our shields down.
That's why I created this podcast and am interviewing guys and doling out my perspective on what life after 40 is like for guys. I bring my life coaching experience, ability to help people make bold moves, and insights about facing fears so that guys don't keep having to apologize for living life their way.
