This organization serves as a space where Muslim women are inspired to thrive in both their personal and professional lives through networking, mentorships, and content. Sofia explains why this type of networking group is crucial for Muslim women in the workforce, she discusses ways in which we can become more supportive of one another and how we can help elevate the next generation of Muslim women. She emphasizes the point that there is enough space for us all!  Life isn't meant to be taken as a competition and Sofia further explains why helping our fellow sisters succeed will help us in the long run.
