This June celebrates the 50th anniversary of the passing of Title IX - a federal civil rights law passed in 1972 prohibiting sex-based discrimination in any school or other educational program that receives funding from the federal government. Sandra and Lisa welcome WNBA star and New York Liberty head coach Sandy Brondello to the show to discuss Title IX, how it impacted Sandy's career as a coach recruiting players and how she's seen Title IX change the landscape of basketball. Sandy discusses how she got her start in basketball, her hopes for the 2022 WNBA season and what the future of the sport will look like in the next 50 years.
